Wildflower honey, organic cacao, and cinnamon – three ingredients, one jar. The cinnamon is what separates this from our regular Chocolate Creamed. It adds warmth without heat.
Drizzle it over sliced apples or desserts. Stir it into hot cocoa for a Mexican hot chocolate. Spread it on bread – creamed honey is thick enough to stay put, unlike liquid honey.
Fun fact: bees don't pollinate cacao flowers. A tiny fly called the Chocolate Midge does that work. Pollinators come in all shapes and sizes.
