Spiced Creamed Honey Milk
Start and end your day with this calming drink spice drink. Or add a shot of espresso for an afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (Try Oat milk for a Dairy-free option)
2 tablespoon Turmeric Spice Creamed Honey or Pumpkin Spice Creamed Honey
Ground cinnamon (for serving)
Whisk milk and honey, in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a low boil, then reduce heat and simmer until incorporated, 5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug, and top with a dash of cinnamon. Use a milk frother and froth for a couple of minutes until you reach your desired froth level.
Notes: You can also add one or two shots of espresso before frothing.
