Satisfaction Guarantee
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund. No hassle.
Honey Is a Natural Product
Raw honey may crystallize over time – this is completely natural and a sign of quality. Crystallized honey is not damaged or expired. To re-liquefy, place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes. Crystallization is not grounds for return.
What We Accept
- Damaged or leaking containers (photo required)
- Wrong product shipped
- Missing items from an order
What We Don't Accept
- Opened jars (food safety regulations prevent resale)
- Crystallized honey (natural, not a defect)
- Changed-mind returns on perishable food products
How to Request a Return
Email beecentral@mnhco.net or call 408-641-7440 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
Shipping Costs
If we shipped the wrong product or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and replacement shipping. If you're returning for other reasons, return shipping is at your expense.
