While visiting Hawaii (big island) I had searched for a farmer's market or grocery store with coffee blossom honey with no luck. Thanks to Mike and Niki, I found just what I wanted once I got back home.

The Stonyford honey has a rich flavor with an undertone of molasses. I love this honey with plain greek yogurt. The honey gave homemade wheat bread a wonderful flavor when added to the dough. The squeeze bottle makes the honey easier to get the correct amount.
