Payments
At our market stalls and on our website, we accept payments from Credit, Debit, or Prepaid cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB as well as digital payments from Google Pay, ApplePay, Square, Cash App, and Afterpay. We also take good old fashioned cash at our markets.
We accept payments from PayPal for website purchases only.
Mike and Niki's Honey E-Gift Cards must be purchased separately from physical items and can only be applied to online purchases at MikeandNikisHoney.com
We respect our customers' privacy. We will store your address, but we never store any credit card information.
Pickup
You will receive an email when your prepaid order is ready to be picked up. Orders can be picked up at our local office at 3495 S. Bascom Ave., Campbell - Monday thru Friday 10 am - 4 pm.
Please note: Pickup orders may take up to 5 days to prepare. Your patience is appreciated.
To ensure Pickup for Christmas, all orders must be placed by Thursday, Dec 15th.
Shipping
We charge a flat rate $7.99 shipping fee for all purchases under $100 sent to Continental US addresses.
For purchases $100 and over, shipping is free (Continental US only).
For Alaska, Hawaii, and all other locations, please Contact Us for assistance.
Shipments will arrive via UPS or USPS as determined by your shipping address.
To ensure Christmas delivery by UPS, all orders must be placed by Monday, Dec 12th.
Returns
For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns on honey products. If an item is damaged during shipment, please use our Contact Us form for assistance.

Honey Products: For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns on honey products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock or resell opened items. However, if your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We’ve worked hard to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases, and we’ve always strived to refund or replace products to ensure satisfaction.
Returns & Refunds:
- If your product is damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us at info@mnhco.net within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so we can assist you quickly.
- We’ll work with you to either replace the item or process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
How to Request a Return or Exchange or Refund (if not saticfied:
- Email us at info@mnhco.net within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
- We’ll get back to you within 2-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
