Bottled and labeled by hand in the South Bay.
Spring in the Bay Area means pollen in the air. Here’s the local stuff – from the same flowers, on your side this time.
Three of the hive’s treasures – royal jelly, propolis, and bee pollen – in one shelf-stable capsule. No spoon. No fridge. No alcohol.
Royal jelly is what the hive feeds only to its queen. Propolis is the resin bees gather to seal and defend the hive. Bee pollen is the protein-rich powder they bring in from flowers. Balance puts all three in one capsule you can keep on the counter or toss in a bag.
Alcohol-free – and that matters. Most propolis is sold as an alcohol tincture. Balance is capsules, so it’s a clean fit for anyone who skips alcohol – pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew especially. Easy to travel with, easy to take flying in or out of SJC.
The label says one a day. Niki keeps a few a week – more when she’s working a big crowd. That’s her routine, not a prescription.
There’s no Planet B – it’s Plan BEE.

No. That is crystallization, and it is natural. It is what real honey does. Set the jar in a bowl of warm water, stir gently, and it turns liquid again. Same honey.
Yes. Raw, and never blended. Each jar comes from the hives of one neighborhood or one bloom, so Saratoga stays Saratoga.
