Why we carry it

We sell this bag to keep two groups supplied that nobody else around here serves. Beekeepers need dry winter feed that will not chill or drown a colony. Bakers need a fondant sugar that sets clean. The local shops that used to stock it have closed, and the refineries sell it by the pallet – so we buy the bulk and break it down. Every bag sold here supports both trades staying local.
