Coffee honey. From actual coffee plantations.
Our bees forage Hawaii's world-renowned coffee plantations on the Big Island, gathering nectar from coffee blossoms. The result is a smooth, rich honey with subtle coffee-like warmth – not caffeinated, but carrying the same aromatic depth you get from a fresh-roasted bean.
How to Use It
- In your coffee – A spoonful in black coffee or espresso. The flavor layers are remarkable – coffee nectar meeting brewed coffee.
- Lattes and specialty drinks – Replace simple syrup with a coffee blossom honey syrup. Baristas: this is why we made the 36oz format.
- Baking – In banana bread, coffee cake, or tiramisu. The coffee notes amplify without adding liquid coffee.
- Overnight oats – Stir in a tablespoon the night before. Wake up to something worth getting out of bed for.
- Charcuterie – Pair with sharp cheddar, dark chocolate, and toasted walnuts.
36oz Barista/Squeeze format. Built for coffee shops and kitchens that use honey daily.
