Honey-Glazed Ham
The glaze that makes the holiday ham actually worth fighting over.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Barista/Bakers Honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Score the ham in a diamond pattern, 1/4 inch deep.
- Brush half the glaze over the ham 45 minutes before it's done.
- Brush the remaining glaze 15 minutes before it's done.
- Let rest 15 minutes before carving. The glaze will set into a lacquered finish.
