Honey-Glazed Ham – Holiday Glaze Recipe

Honey-Glazed Ham

The glaze that makes the holiday ham actually worth fighting over.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Barista/Bakers Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern, 1/4 inch deep.
  3. Brush half the glaze over the ham 45 minutes before it's done.
  4. Brush the remaining glaze 15 minutes before it's done.
  5. Let rest 15 minutes before carving. The glaze will set into a lacquered finish.
