California Sage Honey – Raw, Unfiltered, No Shortcuts
This is what happens when bees work the sage-covered foothills of Northern California. Deep caramel color. Rich, full texture. A naturally high pollen count loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – because we don't filter any of that out.
Sage honey crystallizes fast. That's not a flaw – that's the high dextrose from the alfalfa blossoms telling you this is the real thing. Lower water content than most varietals means it's thick, viscous, and stays where you put it.
How to use it: Straight off the spoon. Stirred into hot tea. Spread on toast. Paired with a creamy brie – the cheese wakes up. Or drizzle it into an evening herbal tea for a nightcap that actually does something.
Mild enough for everyday. Interesting enough to make you pay attention.
Raw. Unfiltered. Harvested and bottled by Mike & Niki's Honey Company, Campbell, California.
