What Makes Carneros Honey Unique?
The Carneros region straddles Napa and Sonoma counties, known for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards. Our bees forage on vineyard cover crops, mustard flowers (the famous yellow fields), wild herbs, oak savanna, and wetland wildflowers along the San Pablo Bay. The result is a complex, savory honey with herbal undertones you won't find in suburban varieties.
