Half Moon Bay Honey – Coastal Raw Honey
Raw, unfiltered honey from our coastal apiaries in Half Moon Bay, California. Where the Pacific fog meets wildflower meadows – a honey unlike anything from the Valley.
What Makes Half Moon Bay Honey Unique?
Half Moon Bay's coastal microclimate is completely different from Silicon Valley. Morning fog, cool ocean breezes, and rich agricultural soil create growing conditions for flowers that don't exist 20 miles inland. Our bees forage on coastal wildflowers, artichoke blossoms, pumpkin fields, berry farms, eucalyptus groves, and native coastal scrub. The result is a lighter, more floral honey with a flavor profile shaped by the Pacific.
The Coastside Connection
Half Moon Bay is a farming community surrounded by protected coastline and open space. The Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce and the area's agricultural heritage make it one of the last working farming regions on the Peninsula.
- Coastside Farmers Market – Fresh, local, year-round
- Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival – Where we've sold honey to thousands
- Pillar Point Harbor – Coastal wildflower foraging territory
- Purisima Creek Redwoods – Open space with native bee forage
Allergy Support – Coastside Edition
Coastal pollen is different from Valley pollen. If you live on the coastside, our Half Moon Bay honey contains pollen from your specific local flora – not the same flowers blooming in San Jose. Geography matters. Full allergy guide →
