Good for mead making

Paired it up with some persimmon juice to make a nice persimmon mead. Really gives the mead some nice body to pair with the sweetness of the fruit.

I liked that it's a cute small amount and it looks and taste amazing I hope to try the chocolate creamed honey next can't wait to order again

Great Honey

I purchased two gallons of orange blossom honey along with several smaller bottles from different regions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I also picked up some pollen for our chef, hoping it might provide some relief for his allergies. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner’s passion for honey and bees truly stood out. They took the time to explain the different varieties and helped me make some fantastic choices. Overall, they were great to work with, making the whole process enjoyable and informative. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
