Three Months in a Jar.
We take raw local garlic and marinate it in wildflower honey for a minimum of 3 months. No heat. No rush. The garlic softens, the honey deepens, and what comes out is a sweet-savory condiment that turns everything it touches into something better.
Eat the cloves straight for a crunchy, punchy treat. Toss them into a stir-fry. Spread them on toast with butter. Chop them into a marinade. The honey itself becomes garlic-infused – use it as a glaze, a drizzle, or a secret weapon in any recipe that calls for honey.
For a milder, mellower version, try our Roasted Garlic in Honey – same patience, different heat.
Raw wildflower honey + local garlic. 90-day minimum infusion. Not certified organic – because cities aren't organic. From the last farm in Campbell, CA.
