PREORDER NOW – jars land in 7–10 days and preorders ship FIRST. Preorder pricing ends Sunday, July 5. Then it goes to regular price. No extensions, no “we’ll run it one more week.” July 5. Done.

You’ve been asking for this one. At the store, at the shows, at the farmers market – “when are you putting the pollen IN the honey?” Alright, alright. We heard you. It’s happening.

Why 38°?

38°N is a latitude line – the one that runs across our Northern California honey country, up through the Bay and into the Carneros and Napa hills where some of our favorite nectar comes from. Every jar is a little snapshot of that line on the map. And 38° is just the first degree – every latitude has its own flowers, its own honey. More degrees are coming.

Fun fact – how to type that little ° : on a Mac it’s Option+Shift+8, and on an iPhone you press and hold the 0. Now you can leave us a properly-degreed review.

38° Honey Breeze – three ingredients. That’s the whole label:

  • Creamed Bay Area honey – raw, never heated, spread-able. Creamed IS raw – we just teach it manners.
  • Local bee pollen – the Allergy Pre-Game, built right in
  • Propolis – the hive’s own security system, working for you now

All Bay Area ingredients. Period.
Nothing imported. Nothing filtered. Nothing irradiated. Nothing pasteurized.
USA made – California made – Bay Area made.

One jar. One daily spoonful. The same Silicon Valley flowers your sinuses pick a fight with every spring – except now they’re on YOUR side of the table.

About those photos: yes, that’s the mock-up jar. The real ones are being filled RIGHT NOW – we’d show you a finished jar, but it doesn’t exist yet. That’s not a supply problem, that’s how fresh this is. Photos of the real thing coming as soon as the honey sits still long enough to pose.

First batch is small – under 100 jars. Preorder folks are our test market, and 13 years in, we don’t forget who showed up first. When batch one is spoken for, you’re waiting on batch two.

The early-bird math:

  • Order now: 10% off – $18 a jar
  • Grab 3 or more: 15% off – $17 a jar (and a 3-pack ships FREE)
  • After July 5: regular price, $20. We told you so, with love.

Questions folks ask about 38° Honey Breeze

What does the 38° mean?
It’s a latitude – 38°N runs across our Northern California honey country. It’s the first in a line of honeys mapped to the places they come from.

What is 38° Honey Breeze?
Raw creamed honey blended with local bee pollen and propolis – three ingredients, nothing else. Made by Mike & Niki’s Honey Company in Campbell, California.

Is the honey raw?
Yes. Creamed honey IS raw – it’s never heated or pasteurized, just crystallized fine and slow so it’s smooth and spread-able.

Where do the ingredients come from?
All Bay Area. The honey, pollen, and propolis are all from our own Silicon Valley apiaries. Nothing imported, filtered, irradiated, or pasteurized.

Why pollen and propolis with honey?
Folks have long kept a daily spoonful of local honey and pollen as an allergy-season ritual – same local flowers that are in the spring air. Propolis is the hive’s own defense resin. We put all three in one jar so it’s one spoon, not three.

When will my order ship?
The first batch is being made now and ships in about 7–10 days. Preorders ship first, in the order they came in.

How much is it?
$20 a jar regular. During preorder: $18 (10% off), or $17 each when you order 3 or more, which also ships free. Preorder pricing ends July 5.
