Corralitos Honey – Santa Cruz Mountains
Raw, unfiltered honey from the Corralitos area in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Rural, rugged, and real – this is mountain honey from a place most people have never heard of.
What Makes Corralitos Honey Unique?
Corralitos is a small unincorporated community tucked into the Santa Cruz Mountains between Watsonville and Aptos. Our bees forage on apple orchards, redwood forest clearings, mountain wildflowers, and the organic farms that dot the hillsides. The cooler mountain temperatures and foggy mornings produce a honey with a depth and earthiness you won't find in the Valley.
The Place
- Corralitos – Unincorporated community, Santa Cruz County
- Corralitos Creek – Watershed that feeds into the Pajaro River
- Santa Cruz Mountains AVA – Wine country in the redwoods
- Organic farms and orchards – One of the most agricultural corners of Santa Cruz County
Limited Production
Corralitos honey is a seasonal, limited production variety. Mountain apiaries produce smaller harvests than Valley locations, making this a true artisan product.
